Hand-adjustable with just the turn of a knob, stainless steel torsion springs counterbalance motor weight. The 2" thick polypropylene mounting board, along with aircraft-type stainless steel hardware deliver heavy-duty performance. Motor safety cable is included. 5 vertical running positions.
